The Spanish savings bank Caja Madrid bought the participation of 60% which was not controlled by the Mexican establishment of His Casita Mortgage loans, totaling 342 million dollars (214.7 million euros), announced on Monday night.
"The board of Caja Madrid today approved unanimously the purchase of 60% of Your Mortgage Casita (HSC), the first independent financial mortgage and ninth financial institution in Mexico, which now control the entire capital," according to a press release.
